F&B Service Expert – Room Service (Waiter/Waitress)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Service Expert to join our Room Service team at Le Meridien Dubai. In this role you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering food and beverage service directly to their rooms while upholding the brand’s high standards of quality and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and present room service trays, ensuring correct table settings and presentation.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery.
• Interact with guests, respond to requests, and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Read and visually verify menu information before service.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences while following safety and uniform standards.
