About the role
The Guest Service Expert at El Sur creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensure proper presentation of dining areas.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
- Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and handle billing inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
- Read and verify menu information, manage food and beverage items.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
