About the role
Belgian Crunch is looking for a friendly, energetic and professional female cashier to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to handle customer orders efficiently while keeping a welcoming and professional environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a cashier in a restaurant, café, fast-food outlet or similar establishment.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Friendly, presentable, confident and customer-oriented personality.
- Good knowledge of customer service standards and basic understanding of food hygiene and sanitation requirements.
- Punctual, reliable, honest and responsible.
Required skills
- Experience operating POS systems and handling different payment methods.
- Basic mathematical skills and accuracy in cash handling.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy hours.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Strong teamwork, organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to upsell products and recommend menu items.
