About the role
We are seeking three female telecallers to join our team in the UAE. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation and supporting the sales process on a full‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
- Explain offerings, generate leads and follow up via calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and customer responses.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, lead generation and sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers and provide courteous service.
Required profile
- Female candidates currently residing in the UAE on a spouse/dependent visa.
- Good communication skills in English; Malayalam, Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or sales preferred.
- Confident, target‑oriented and presentable, able to join immediately.
