Field Medical Advisor Oncology

About the role

The Field Medical Advisor Oncology will act as a scientific expert in hematology/oncology, building peer‑to‑peer relationships with leading specialists across the Gulf region. The role supports the Medical Affairs plan by communicating product value, providing medical education, and contributing to study execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of leading specialists, understanding their needs and treatment patterns.
• Communicate scientific data on approved products and pipeline candidates, responding to unsolicited queries.
• Organise and participate in medical education activities, advisory boards, and speaker programs.
• Support cross‑functional teams with medical training, product information, and study execution, including investigator selection and registry follow‑up.

Required profile

• Pharmacist or physician bachelor’s degree; postgraduate studies are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company, preferably in oncology.
• Gulf experience and ability to travel within Gulf countries and internationally.
• Clinical research experience for IIS and real‑world evidence (RWE) is advantageous.
