Field Sales Business Development & Account Executive

About the role

Bayut & Dubizzle is seeking an Account Manager – Partner Success & Sales to work directly with used‑car dealers, understand their needs, upsell services and grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for a portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships and consistent engagement.
• Identify opportunities and pitch financing, insurance and car evaluation services, driving adoption and commission revenue.
• Onboard new partners, train them on platform usage and collaborate with sales, operations, product and support teams.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in automotive, fintech, SaaS or insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build B2B relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic, data‑entry proficiency and results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software.
