Field Service Representative – Drilling Fluids II

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Field Service Representative – Drilling Fluids II to deliver well‑site fluid services in Abu Dhabi. The role supports customers by applying specialised knowledge of drilling fluids, testing and waste management on rig operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site service to customers, ensuring proper fluid performance and compliance with health, safety and environment regulations.
• Apply training in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, and conduct routine and specialised testing to deliver technical solutions.
• Operate separation and waste‑management equipment, interpreting results to optimise fluid systems.
• Collaborate with fluids and equipment supervisors, technical professionals and rig personnel to maintain product knowledge and service quality.
• Prepare and track inventory of Baroid products and equipment spares based on drilling programs and anticipated conditions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is preferred.
• Completion of the Baroid Core Training Course or an equivalent industry‑recognized program.
• Minimum of 6 months related experience in drilling fluids or well‑site service.
