Field Validation Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Field Validation Executive will expand and validate Bayut & dubizzle's dealership network across the UAE. You will onboard new dealerships, keep records up‑to‑date, and ensure accurate data capture in the CRM system while working primarily in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to map and identify potential dealer partners and maintain a database of dealerships and their sales teams.
• Verify the authenticity, trade licenses and operational status of dealerships before onboarding and collect all required documentation.
• Establish strong relationships with dealership owners, managers and sales teams, acting as the company’s field representative.
• Maintain daily activity reports, update CRM records with verified information and provide weekly progress reports.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to align onboarding processes and escalate any compliance concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• 1–3 years of field sales, verification or survey experience, preferably in automotive, auto‑finance, banking or fintech.
• Experience in dealer network development or merchant onboarding is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in using mobile data‑collection apps and digital tools for field information capture.
