Field Validation Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Field Validation Executive will expand and validate dubizzle's dealership network across the UAE. This field‑based role focuses on onboarding new dealerships, keeping records up‑to‑date, and ensuring accurate data capture in the CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to map and identify potential dealer partners and maintain a database of dealerships, sales teams, and operational profiles.
• Verify dealership authenticity, collect and validate documentation, and assist staff with onboarding procedures.
• Maintain daily activity reports, update CRM records, and provide weekly progress reports on network expansion.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and sales teams, acting as the company's field representative.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• 1‑3 years of field sales, verification, or survey experience, preferably in automotive, auto‑finance, banking, or fintech.
• Experience in dealer network development, merchant onboarding, or field verification is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and mobile data‑collection tools.
• Ability to accurately collect, verify, and report field data.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills for interacting with dealership stakeholders.
