About the role

As a Field Operations Associate you will be on the ground upholding Silkhaus’s quality standards and ensuring every short‑term rental apartment is perfectly maintained to deliver an exquisite guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate field activities, manage deliveries, troubleshoot guest needs and arrange property viewings.
• Conduct on‑site inspections, take precise apartment measurements, manage inventory and oversee maintenance or repairs.
• Resolve apartment transformation issues, implement corrective and preventive measures to improve efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities.
• Hands‑on maintenance experience with basic electrical, plumbing, air‑conditioning and general repairs.
• Problem‑solver who remains composed under pressure and has a keen eye for detail.
• Professional appearance, flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driving licence and access to a car.
