Finance Business Analyst

About the role

Join Damen Shipyards Group as a Finance Business Analyst to transform finance reporting into actionable business insights. You will work at the intersection of finance, business control, and analytics, supporting leaders with timely, accurate information.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain management reports, financial dashboards, and executive scorecards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and scenario modelling.
• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Partner with finance, operations and data teams to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Promote data quality, self‑service reporting and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, management reporting or finance transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, maritime, engineering or project‑based environments is preferred.
