Finance Business Partner – Emerging Markets

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join its Cross Border Business team in Dubai. The role will support growth in emerging countries across the Middle East and Turkey through retail vendor management programs, providing strategic financial insight and partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to become a subject‑matter expert on systems and outcomes.
• Drive standardisation and streamlining of reporting, planning and forecasting processes.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, develop improvement plans and new performance measures.
• Steward long‑term free cash flow of investments and own end‑to‑end P/L management.
• Build financial projections for innovative growth models and support retail vendor management programs.
