Finance Business Partner – MENA

About the role

The Finance Business Partner MENA will be embedded within the regional commercial leadership team in Dubai, acting as the financial co‑pilot for profitable growth across the Middle East. This role combines commercial finance, strategic planning, pricing, working‑capital management and performance analysis to shape decisions before they are made.

Key responsibilities

• Act as embedded finance partner to regional commercial leadership, providing insight and robust challenge on strategy, pricing, investment and distributor discussions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning, aligning commercial plans with financial commitments and highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Own performance analysis of volume, net sales, gross profit and profitability, monitoring drivers such as price, mix, inflation, currency and customer performance.
• Support regional pricing strategy, evaluate customer and distributor profitability and drive margin‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor working capital and credit exposure, partnering with Commercial, Credit and Treasury on payment‑term negotiations and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Significant experience in commercial finance/FP&A within FMCG or food manufacturing, preferably with exposure to distributor‑led markets in the Middle East.
• Proven ability to influence senior commercial stakeholders and translate financial data into clear business decisions.
• Strong understanding of pricing, margin, credit risk, working capital, sourcing and foreign‑exchange impacts.
• Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.
