Finance Controller - Manufacturing Industry

About the role

Careers International is recruiting two Finance Controllers for the manufacturing industry, based in the UAE. The role leads financial operations, strategic planning, budgeting, cost control and financial governance across business operations in the UAE and Africa. The salary is AED 19,000 - 22,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and drive financial planning, budgeting and financial performance.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA integration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee manufacturing cost control, standard costing, inventory control and cost optimization.
• Manage trade finance operations, treasury activities and Dubai-based financial transactions.
• Ensure corporate governance, regulatory compliance and audit across operations.
• Support business operations in the UAE and Africa, driving growth and long-term value.
• Manage finance teams across multiple locations.

Required profile

• CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years as a Finance Controller.
• Mandatory experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience managing teams across multiple locations; UAE and Africa operational experience preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to UAE regulations, trade finance and treasury operations.
