Finance Controller (OneStream Expert)

About the role

The Finance Controller will lead financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and governance across Damen Shipyards Group, leveraging deep OneStream expertise. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will support the finance transformation journey and ensure high‑quality data for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes.
• Act as the OneStream subject‑matter expert, driving continuous improvement, automation and platform enhancements.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable OneStream solutions.
• Maintain strong financial controls, support audits and ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Coach finance users, develop documentation and promote best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance controlling, FP&A or finance transformation.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on OneStream experience in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive process improvement.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
