Finance Director – Middle East

About the role

A leading global FMCG organisation is looking for a commercially driven Finance Director for the Middle East. Reporting to Global Finance leadership, you will shape financial strategy, ensure strong governance and drive performance across multiple markets in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function across the Middle East, overseeing planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide commercial finance leadership to support regional growth and profitability.
• Deliver high‑quality management reporting and performance analysis.
• Partner with regional business leaders to improve margins, control costs and optimise working capital.
• Ensure robust financial governance, compliance and risk management.
• Develop and lead a regional finance team.
• Support strategic initiatives such as market expansion, investment decisions and business transformation.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions and advisors.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Significant experience in FMCG, consumer goods or manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership in a regional or multi‑country finance role.
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering capability.
• Experience operating within the Middle East market and understanding of regional regulatory and financial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
