Finance Executive – Bilingual, 6‑Month Temporary Contract

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Finance Executive for Noya British School in Abu Dhabi to join immediately. The role is responsible for timely invoicing, receipting, reconciliation and follow‑up with parents to collect school receivables, as well as month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for tuition, exam fees, extracurricular activities and trips.
• Collect receivables, send reminders and warning letters, and follow up late payments and returned cheques.
• Issue daily receipts with correct bank references and update transaction details.
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable between the education system and ERP, identifying and resolving gaps.
• Support month‑end closing, AR module closure and preparation of AR reports for decision‑making.
• Validate refund requests, process payments and provide finance clearance for leavers and internal transfers.
• Assist internal and external audits by supplying required documentation and resolving queries.
• Participate in digitalisation projects for billing and collection, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounts‑receivable role.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
