About the role

Join Hilton’s Finance team in Dubai as a Finance Intern, supporting daily hotel operations while gaining hands‑on experience in a world‑class hospitality environment. You will work closely with finance professionals, learning the fundamentals of hotel financial management and contributing to the smooth running of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the finance department with routine tasks under the guidance of senior leaders.
• Support daily hotel financial operations, including data entry, basic reconciliations and preliminary reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments such as front‑desk, housekeeping and food & beverage to develop a broader understanding of hotel functions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment by helping colleagues when needed.
