Finance Manager, Gulf Region

About the role

The position will be based in Dubai, UAE and will report directly to the Cluster Head, Gulf Region. The Finance Manager acts as the primary finance partner to the Cluster Head and Leadership Team across UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. The role drives financial planning, performance management, commercial insights, and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance business partner to the Cluster Head and Leadership Team, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead Monthly Business Reviews, delivering analysis of financial and operational performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Own the end‑to‑end financial planning cycle, including budgets, forecasts, long‑range plans, and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance of new product launches and key portfolio initiatives.
• Manage distributor financial performance, contracts, accounts receivable, inventory levels, and product expiry risks.
• Track Gross‑to‑Net performance, pricing execution, and inventory movements.
• Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams in the Sales & Operations Planning process.
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives and lead continuous improvement of financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience with strong FP&A and commercial finance focus.
• Proven business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, understanding pricing and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in multi‑country, distributor‑led business models across Gulf/META markets.
• Strong English communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset and ability to manage priorities effectively.
