Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls. This role supports business growth by optimizing financial processes, leveraging ERP systems, and providing strategic insights to headquarters and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, statutory and internal audits, and regulatory filings in line with IFRS, ESR, AML, VAT, and corporate tax requirements.
• Evaluate and strengthen internal controls, governance structures, and risk management frameworks.
• Provide monthly and quarterly financial oversight for large IT projects, cost centres, and regional accounting activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, support audits, and drive process improvements.
• Utilise SAP Business One and other ERP tools to streamline operations, enhance system controls, and reduce manual errors.
• Mentor and develop the finance & accounting team, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3‑4 years of post‑qualification experience.
• High ownership mindset, ability to work independently and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ESR, AML, and VAT regulations.
• Experience in IT distribution is a major advantage.
