Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on accounts receivable, escrow account management, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring and internal controls within a real‑estate development environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations and ageing reports.
• Manage real‑estate project escrow accounts, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation and regulatory reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, reviewing statements, schedules and supporting documentation.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital, prepare forecasts and support budgeting and financial planning.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
• Supervise the finance team and coordinate with sales, projects, procurement and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably with a UAE real‑estate developer.
• Hands‑on experience in accounts receivable, collections and escrow account handling.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA, CPA or CMA is a plus.
