Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager in Al-Futtaim’s Corporate Division leads Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and acts as a finance business partner. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cost allocations and delivering performance insights to support data‑driven decisions across multiple business divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for Corporate and GTDP functions, consolidating divisional inputs and challenging assumptions.
• Maintain forecast accuracy within a 5% tolerance and ensure timely submission of budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and publish monthly MIS, P&L performance reports, and CFO/CTO dashboards, providing variance analysis and clear commentary.
• Develop automated, self‑service dashboards to reduce manual effort.
• Produce bi‑weekly cash‑flow forecasts, align cash requirements with business plans and analyse variances.
• Analyse cost drivers and profitability, drive cost‑optimization and margin‑improvement initiatives.
• Continuously improve and automate planning and reporting processes using SAP, Power BI and data platforms.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner, translating financial data into actionable insights for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; professional qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA) preferred.
• 5‑8 years of experience in financial control and management.
• Strong accounting, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP (FICO/BPC/SAC), Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
