Finance Manager

About the role

Alpha M Holding is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The role combines strategic planning, financial control and leadership to support the company’s growth and compliance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Manage financial reporting, cash flow and expense control.
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Supervise accounting operations, including month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support tax and UAE VAT compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Relevant experience in financial management and accounting.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting systems.
