Finance Manager - Real Estate Developer

About the role

A UAE real estate developer is looking for an experienced, commercially driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead its finance operations while supporting the commercial, sales and customer lifecycle. The role works closely with Sales, CRM, Legal, Customer Service, Projects and Senior Management to keep financial accuracy across the customer journey, from booking to project handover.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA) before execution, check financial terms against approved pricing and policies, and ensure accurate revenue recognition under IFRS
• Reconcile CRM sales records with ERP and accounting systems, and generate reports on collections, outstanding balances, revenue, commissions and collection performance
• Monitor receivables, track overdue accounts and prepare aging reports, receivable analysis and collection forecasts
• Manage project accounting, project budgets, cash flow and escrow accounts, and coordinate with banks on project financing and guarantees
• Handle VAT compliance, review supplier invoices, prepare VAT workings and reconcile VAT
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with IFRS, RERA, AML and escrow regulations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or CMA is an added advantage
• Minimum 12-15 years of finance experience, including 5-8 years in a UAE real estate developer
• Strong understanding of IFRS revenue recognition and UAE real estate compliance
