Finance Manager - Supplements Division

About the role

The Finance Manager acts as the single point of contact for the Supplements division, managing its end-to-end financial operations. The role is central to keeping the business liquid through bank liaison and optimising the working capital cycle of the supplements' supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Working capital and treasury: act as the main contact for banks and short-term lenders, monitor cash flows to keep enough liquidity for procurement, and manage short-term lending instruments in line with lender requirements.
• Inventory and supply chain finance: oversee valuation of raw materials and finished products under IFRS/IAS, identify and forecast at-risk inventory so it can be liquidated early, and analyse returns and transport losses to recommend process improvements.
• FP&A and business partnering: build and manage annual Opex and Capex budgets, deliver monthly budget versus actual reports at vendor level, and work with IT and dashboard teams to automate reporting.
• Financial governance: lead statutory and internal audits, ensure UAE/Regional VAT and IFRS compliance, and streamline month-end closing.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business finance or FP&A.
• Strong negotiation skills for banking relationships and the ability to turn numbers into strategy.
