Finance Manager – UK Experience Required

About the role

We are an innovative healthcare group expanding across the UK, Europe, the USA and the Gulf region. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic UAE‑based Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and provide the insight needed to support our rapid growth, including our online pharmacy and telehealth services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day financial operations such as accounting, invoicing, payroll, cash‑flow and reconciliation of online sales and payment platforms.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports, including multi‑entity and multi‑currency consolidation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across departments.
• Ensure compliance with UK, UAE and other market tax and regulatory requirements and manage relationships with auditors, banks and tax advisors.
• Support commercial and partnership teams with financial input on deal structuring and contract terms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within pharmaceutical, healthcare, e‑commerce or professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is a plus.
• Proven UK finance experience, including UK GAAP (FRS 102), IFRS, HMRC, VAT and Corporation Tax compliance.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or SAP.
• Knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102), IFRS, HMRC, VAT and corporate tax compliance.
