Finance Specialist

About the role

The Finance Specialist (FP&A) will support the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis processes. You will provide key insights into business performance, ensure compliance with reporting standards, and contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, consolidating departmental inputs and validating assumptions.
• Analyse financial performance drivers, conduct variance, trend and sensitivity analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leadership, ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP and internal policies.
• Maintain and enhance financial data in ERP/BI systems such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion and Power BI, testing enhancements and resolving data issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP reporting standards.
• Proven ability to produce accurate management reports and support audit activities.
