Finance & Strategy Associate – Dubai

About the role

Deliveroo is seeking a Finance & Strategy Associate to join its Dubai team. You will support data and reporting functions, manage weekly performance reviews and conduct variance analysis to help drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update performance datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Populate weekly business review templates with the latest performance data and draft fact‑based commentary.
• Track actual performance against targets, investigate key variances and summarise findings for Finance & Strategy and UAE leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong numerical skills, high attention to detail and ability to analyse data, identify trends and explain variances.
• Clear written communication, proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF and pivot tables.
• Data‑driven problem‑solving approach and experience with finance, business or data‑analysis projects (internship or academic).
