Finance Supervisor – Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Finance Supervisor – Accounts Receivable will support the finance department by ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments and cash transactions. This role is based at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai and reports to the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of financial figures, postings and supporting documents.
• Organize, secure and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents in line with company policies.
• Record, store and analyze computerized financial information using journals and ledgers.
• Prepare, audit and distribute financial, accounting and payroll reports.
• Execute period‑end closing procedures and generate required reports.
• Issue and reconcile bills, invoices and account statements, and follow up on overdue accounts and vendor invoices.
• Coordinate with other departments, act as a role model and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
