Finance Transformation Manager – Business Consulting

About the role

As a Finance Transformation Manager within EY’s Business Consulting practice, you will help leading organisations in the UAE redesign their finance functions to deliver greater insight, efficiency and strategic value. You will work in multidisciplinary teams, leveraging technology and process optimisation to drive sustainable change for clients across sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in finance transformation initiatives, improving processes, systems and people management.
• Develop and deliver AI‑driven automation and digital enablement solutions.
• Lead business development activities, build relationships with key client stakeholders and contribute to revenue generation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex finance challenges.
• Drive process reengineering and public financial management improvements.

Required profile

• Significant consulting experience in finance transformation, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of finance functions, cross‑functional ecosystems and new business models.
• Passion for delivering high‑value management consulting services.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing environment and manage client relationships.
