Finance Transformation Specialist - Audit & Assurance

About the role

A global leading investment organisation is transforming its Group Audit & Assurance (GA&A) function to become more data-driven, technology-enabled and insight-led. It is hiring a Finance Transformation Specialist in Abu Dhabi to drive operational excellence, automation and continuous improvement, working closely with senior stakeholders to redesign processes and strengthen data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and automate budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting
• Design and implement dashboards and reporting solutions
• Identify and deliver process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
• Support the development and optimisation of the Audit Management System
• Drive the adoption of AI, automation and analytics initiatives
• Partner with audit, finance and technology stakeholders to embed sustainable data governance and reporting practices
• Contribute to broader strategic initiatives

Required profile

• Proven experience in process redesign, automation or business transformation, ideally within audit or finance
• Strong analytical capabilities, including financial analysis, performance reporting or management information
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable and well-controlled solutions
• Exposure to audit systems or GRC platforms
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Professional qualification in Lean Six Sigma is advantageous
