Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate – Transaction Services

About the role

The Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate will join PwC’s Transaction Services team in Abu Dhabi, supporting clients through complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments. This position is open to UAE nationals and offers the chance to work on high‑impact deals while developing technical and client‑facing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis of historical and forecast performance, working capital and cash flows.
• Identify key deal issues, risks and value drivers for transactions.
• Prepare high‑quality sections of reports and client presentations.
• Collaborate with tax, legal and other advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage day‑to‑day engagement tasks and ensure timely delivery of work‑streams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development through research and proposal work.
• Coach junior team members and share technical knowledge.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services or related advisory roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA or CFA preferred.
• UAE national status as required by the posting.
