Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (FP&A)

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager leads the Group’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis activities. This role provides accurate financial insights to support strategic decision‑making and drives financial performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and long‑term strategic planning process, develop rolling forecasts and coordinate department submissions.
• Analyse financial performance against budget, forecast and prior periods, produce variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with department heads and senior management, providing financial modelling, scenario analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Enhance FP&A processes, reporting tools and financial models; support ERP, BI and planning system implementation and automation.
• Present financial results and forecasts to senior leadership and support Board and Executive Committee reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory.
• 5‑7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
• Experience with Oracle systems; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
