Financial Services Compliance AI Expert (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to engage an experienced financial‑services compliance professional. You will help train a cutting‑edge language model by creating, reviewing and refining AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks that support regulatory and risk‑management workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate AI‑generated regulatory filing and disclosure review materials.
• Draft and refine AI‑assisted model‑risk governance memos and compliance policies.
• Produce control‑testing, audit‑response documentation and regulator correspondence.
• Create board risk‑committee presentations and related slide decks.
• Collaborate with the AI lab to improve model performance on professional financial‑services tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial‑services compliance, regulatory affairs or risk management.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policies or control‑testing documentation.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets and slide presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.

What we offer

• Compensation of $100 per hour (up to $2,000 per week).
• Flexible, remote work schedule ranging from 5 to 20 hours per week (or more).
