Financial Services Compliance Expert – AI Regulatory (Remote)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to engage an experienced financial services compliance professional. The expert will help train a language model on real‑world regulatory and risk documentation, working fully remotely on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for regulatory filing and disclosure review.
• Develop AI and model‑risk governance memos, compliance‑policy drafts, and control‑testing documentation.
• Prepare regulator correspondence, audit‑response materials, and board risk committee presentations.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to improve model performance on compliance‑related tasks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial services regulatory compliance, risk management, or related regulatory affairs.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policies, or control‑testing documentation.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
