Fine Dining Waiter – Luxury Beach Restaurant

About the role

As a Waiter at Nobu by the Beach, you will deliver fine‑dining service in an outdoor, luxury setting, supporting colleagues to ensure every guest receives impeccable hospitality. You will be fully versed in the food and beverage menu, promotional offers, and will monitor service consistency, escalating any issues to management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high‑standard table service to guests in a beach‑side fine‑dining environment.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the complete menu and promotional activities to answer guest queries.
• Monitor the consistency and quality of food and beverage items served, reporting major concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience as a waiter in a fine‑dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and handle a diverse clientele.
• Capability to work in hot and humid outdoor conditions while managing multiple tasks.
