Fintech and Data Automation Specialist

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Fintech and Data Automation Specialist to join its Finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on designing, implementing and managing Oracle Fusion financial systems and data automation processes that support the company’s global travel platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain Oracle Fusion financial modules to meet business requirements.
• Lead compliance ownership for Off‑The‑Shelf (OTS) systems, coordinating with IT, Product, Risk, Compliance and audit teams.
• Develop and automate data pipelines and reporting solutions to provide strategic insights for finance leaders.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery with minimal supervision, ensuring timely rollout of system enhancements.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through robust system controls and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems implementation, preferably with Oracle Fusion.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, organized and capable of influencing decisions without direct authority.
