About the role

The Technician will repair, assemble and test fitness and gym equipment according to product specifications. The role combines hands‑on technical work with direct customer interaction, representing the company on site.

Key responsibilities

Repair and assemble fitness equipment to meet brand specifications.
Test each unit after installation to confirm full functionality.
Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of workshop parts and tools.
Provide feedback on repairs and collaborate with the mechanic and office teams.
Deliver excellent customer service, explaining service features and functionality.
Follow all safety rules and ensure tools are in safe working order.
Refurbish or fabricate returned or damaged machines as needed.
Perform additional tasks as directed by the line manager.

Required profile

High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3‑5 years of experience repairing and maintaining sport/gym equipment.
Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently in a workshop environment.
