Fitness Instructor – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join One&Only The Palm, a boutique beachfront resort in Dubai, as a Fitness Instructor. You will be the face of the Fitness Studio, delivering personalized training experiences that align with the resort’s high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Fitness Studio in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, manage registration and check‑in for scheduled sessions.
• Maintain the Fitness booking system, handle guest billing, and promote upselling of services.
• Provide individual consultations to guide guests toward their fitness goals.
• Promote the resort’s wellness philosophy and enhance its reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a fitness professional in luxury resorts or five‑star hotels.
• Strong background in fitness instruction, dynamic, passionate, and flexible.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Team player who reports directly to the Recreation Manager.
