Restaurant Manager – New Opening in Dubai

About the role

JKS Restaurants is launching a new fine‑dining Indian concept in Dubai and seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team. You will be the face of the venue, ensuring a memorable guest experience while upholding the group’s Michelin‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, including service, seating, and guest relations.
• Manage financial performance, control labour costs, and optimise rotas.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team aligned with the brand’s hospitality ethos.
• Maintain stock levels, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance with food hygiene and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and senior management to deliver seamless service and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in Dubai’s fine‑dining or Michelin‑star environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Personable, professional demeanor and a passion for food and beverage.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to guest experience.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of food hygiene and health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Ability to manage staff costs and create efficient rotas.
• Solid understanding of front‑of‑house operations and guest service standards.
