Fitness Instructor – Sports & Leisure

About the role

Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre is seeking a motivated Fitness Instructor to join its Sports and Leisure team. You will deliver high‑quality fitness services to guests, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s five‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain all fitness equipment in excellent working condition and set up the gym according to standard procedures.
• Manage stock levels for fresh towels and refreshments.
• Accurately record guest activity, verify histories, and flag any unusual behavior or medical conditions to the Spa Manager.
• Promote and sell private fitness sessions, meeting set sales targets and updating fitness menus and pricing.
• Adhere to uniform, hotel policies, and LQA/Jumeirah service standards; attend required training.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards.
• Ability to interact courteously with a diverse, international clientele.
