Fitness Manager – Luxury Club

About the role

MyPT is launching a high‑end luxury fitness destination in the UAE and seeks a dynamic Fitness Manager to lead its elite personal training department. Reporting to the Club General Manager and National Fitness Manager, you will shape the fitness strategy, drive revenue, and ensure a premium member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire fitness department and PT operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top‑tier Personal Trainers.
• Build a results‑focused PT culture that emphasizes professionalism, retention, and member satisfaction.
• Drive PT revenue, monitor trainer KPIs, and ensure compliance with MyPT standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on fitness strategy and business growth.
• Develop trainer education pathways, SOPs, and operational processes.
• Oversee fitness floor operations, class quality, and member interaction.
• Utilise MyPT Connect and digital tools for scheduling, performance tracking, and member engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing high‑performing PT teams in premium or luxury fitness environments.
• Strong track record in PT sales, coaching, and team leadership.
• Ability to recruit and develop elite fitness talent.
• Deep understanding of fitness business operations, member retention, and service standards.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with experience using fitness apps, CRM systems, and digital reporting dashboards.
