Florist Team Leader

About the role

The Florist Team Leader will design and maintain high‑quality floral arrangements for public areas and guest rooms at One&Only One Za’abeel, ensuring they reflect modern trends and the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create professional floral displays for public spaces, F&B outlets and guest rooms.
• Review and process daily and monthly flower orders, coordinating deliveries and installations.
• Maintain seasonal decorations and ensure timely touch‑ups of all arrangements.
• Monitor flower quality, report damages, and manage inventory to minimise waste.
• Prepare monthly expense and cross‑charge reports for finance and executive housekeeping.
• Keep the flower room and refrigeration units clean, organized and compliant with safety practices.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality or Floristry, with a recognised Floristry certificate or extensive training.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a florist in a five‑star hotel.
• Creative, artistic and passionate about floral design.
