Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our corporate banking team in Dubai. You will be responsible for building high‑quality mobile applications that meet the strict standards of the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications from concept to production.
• Collaborate with design, product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver features end‑to‑end.
• Implement clean, layered architecture and manage code in a mono‑repo using tools such as Melos.
• Integrate native platform functionality via platform channels.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitrise or GitHub Actions for mobile releases.
• Create smooth animations, custom widget transitions, and incorporate Lottie assets.
• Document code thoroughly with dartdoc and produce handover documentation and team playbooks.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of professional Flutter development experience.
• Prior or parallel experience with native mobile development is a strong plus.
• Background in corporate banking or financial services.
• Strong in‑code documentation habits and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai five days a week and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
