Technology Support Analyst – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technology Support Analyst to join our Technology team in Dubai. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd level technical support, troubleshooting issues across our technology environment, and ensuring the availability, performance and reliability of critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote 1st and 2nd level technical support, escalating complex problems to international teams when required.
• Act as the first point of contact for production‑related incidents, helping maintain high availability and performance of the technology stack.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to PC and server operating systems, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and other critical systems.
• Procure, catalogue, install and support hardware and software, guiding end users on new equipment and applications.
• Maintain accurate technology asset and inventory records and support technology projects such as rollouts, migrations and office moves.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk, Help Desk or Technical Support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under pressure.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online and endpoint management solutions.
• Windows operating systems and VDI environments.
• Jira Service Management or similar ticketing and issue‑tracking systems.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ticketing system experience.
