FOH Lead – Front of House

About the role

You will own each shift at our new NALA stores in Dubai, ensuring every guest feels cared for. As the Front‑of‑House Lead you will run the floor, manage the till, oversee the queue and coffee pass, and guide the FOH team with energy and purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the FOH operation for every shift, completing opening and closing procedures.
• Verify POS floats, record discrepancies, and conduct floor walk‑throughs every 30 minutes.
• Maintain store presentation, keep retail displays stocked and the counter organized.
• Protect the guest experience, provide timely updates, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Cross‑train team members across Front and Back of House to ensure flexibility during busy periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest‑focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot and correct standards quickly.

Required skills

• Experience operating POS systems.
