Follow-up & Reporting Officer - Interior Fit-Out

About the role

The Follow-up & Reporting Officer for interior fit-out projects monitors project progress, tracks key deliverables and ensures timely follow-up on actions across several fit-out projects. The role coordinates with project managers, site teams, procurement, design, commercial and subcontractors to collect updates, prepare management reports, identify delays and support delivery within schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor progress of multiple interior fit-out projects and follow up on milestones
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Design, Commercial and QA/QC teams to collect project updates
• Track pending actions, approvals, material deliveries, RFIs, shop drawings and consultant comments
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports for senior management
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, trackers and KPI reports
• Monitor schedules and highlight delays, risks and critical issues
• Follow up with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings and track closure of action items
• Consolidate progress data and prepare executive summary reports
• Work with Planning Engineers on schedules and recovery plans, and assist in management presentations
• Maintain project documentation, correspondence logs and reporting records, keeping information confidential

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, reporting or project controls in construction or interior fit-out
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out workflows and construction processes
• Excellent project tracking, coordination and follow-up skills

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
