Food & Beverage Attendant – Dubai Science Park

About the role

Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is seeking a service‑oriented Food & Beverage Attendant to join its team. You will deliver warm, professional and personalized experiences while upholding Holiday Inn service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Holiday Inn service standards by providing warm, professional, and personalized guest experiences.
• Ensure efficient food and beverage operations, including timely service, complete mise en place, and coordination with the kitchen team.
• Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and monitor beverage cost targets.
• Build strong guest relationships, recognize VIP guests, and resolve requests promptly.
• Drive revenue through upselling, accurate cash handling, inventory monitoring and stock control.
• Support team members, enforce service procedures and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of food and beverage service experience, preferably in a hotel.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest service practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
• Customer‑focused attitude with basic cash handling and POS knowledge.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
