Food & Beverage Attendant – In‑Room Dining

About the role

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver in‑room dining service. You will create memorable experiences for guests by providing friendly, professional, and efficient service in line with hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, present menus, take orders accurately and offer recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensure correct presentation and maintain clean, organized service areas.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately, communicate feedback and special requests to supervisors.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service and adhere to food safety, hygiene and health‑safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including table preparation and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage, restaurant, bar or hospitality environment (preferred).
• Passion for hospitality, friendly and professional attitude, good communication skills.
• Fluent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Well‑groomed, able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
