Food & Beverage Attendant – Ultra-Luxury 5-Star Hotel

About the role

A pre-opening ultra-luxury 5-star hotel in Ras Al Khaimah is hiring a Food & Beverage Attendant. The role supports the waiters and service team in delivering consistent, high-quality guest service, with a focus on luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support waiters and the service team in delivering consistent, high-quality guest service.
• Assist with mise en place, table setup, clearing, resetting and general service preparation.
• Serve food and beverages under supervision, following established service procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, equipment and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and sanitation standards.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support coordination between service, kitchen and bar teams.
• Follow grooming, uniform and conduct standards, and attend training sessions.
• Assist during banquets, events and high-volume service periods as required.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage service in a premium hotel.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills, positive service attitude and willingness to learn and follow standards.
• Physically fit, able to stand for long hours, well-groomed and professionally behaved.
